How long does it take to receive my order?
We typically deliver orders within 2-3 weeks. The estimated shipping time varies for different products and is stated in each product description, or you can ask our customer service team. In the event of a sale or during the holidays, shipping times may be delayed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Just check our shipping info page for more details on pricing and shipping times.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped. You'll receive a link to track your order.

How can I exchange an item?
You are welcome to exchange an item for a new item or size or return it for store credit. Please email email@example.com with your name, order #, and the reason for returning.
Do you offer refunds?
If we have made a mistake, such as sending the wrong item, the wrong size or if there is a manufacturer defect, please send pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will replace the item or refund if that is what you would prefer.
